REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ARCHITECURAL SERVICES FOR 44 SUNSET COURT, AMHERST

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek design services for the development of complete stamped architectural plans for a 1,300 square foot single family home with a full basement and an attached single-car garage at 44 Sunset Court in Amherst. The single family home will then be sold to an income eligible first-time homebuyer.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to communitydevelopment@amherst.ny.us or to the Town of Amherst Community Development, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221 no later than February 5, 2021.
