This is an exciting summer for our community as we prepare for the Puerto Rican and Hispanic day parade Flag rising and Parade on Niagara Street or Avenida San Juan, as it has been named.
Unanticipated delays because of COVID 19 has made organizing difficult. However, the city has been very cognizant of our parade and has made every accommodation for us. The PRHDP board has always worked with the city of Buffalo and Mayor Byron Brown to make our parade one of the best in the state and nation.
The Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade of WNY is excited to announce, this year’s Flag Raising Ceremony and Parade will be held on Saturday, August 28th, 2021.
This year’s theme is: !Distante Pero Juntos!
