Buffalo AmeriCorps brings diverse men and women together to serve the Buffalo community.
A part of AmeriCorps National Service, Buffalo AmeriCorps involves members in service, develops them as Leaders and engages them in civic society.
These young leaders invest their talents and energy to address the most critical needs of our community and our country. AmeriCorps members engage others in service and make a positive difference in neighborhoods and in the lives of children and youth

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
• Age 17 and up
•United States Citizen or Permanent Resident
• High School Graduate/GED recipient OR agree to pursue the GED
If you do not have a H.S. diploma or its equivalency, you will be required to take a basic academic proficiency test. Your position is contingent upon satisfactory testing results.
