REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Amherst Community Development Program is seeking proposals for lead hazard testing services, mold testing services and asbestos testing services for the Town’s housing rehabilitation program. The federally funded program requires lead based paint hazard evaluation, including paint testing and risk assessment, and clearance testing for rehabilitation conducted as part of the program. The program also conducts mold testing and asbestos testing on single family homes if it is determined to be necessary. Proposals are due by 4:00 PM on Friday, August 20, 2021 to: Amherst Community Development, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221.
