REQUEST FOR BIDS
New Opportunities Community Housing Development Corp. is requesting bids for the lead abatement and rehabilitation of a single-family home at 345 Grover Cleveland Highway, Amherst, NY 14226. Bids are due on August 27, 2021 by 4:00 pm at 1195 Main Street, Buffalo, NY 14209.
All work shall be done in accordance with the drawings and specifications, which can be requested by contacting Eric Schiffman at New Opportunities at 807-4900.
Bidders are required to be a current EPA LEAD CERIFIED ABATEMENT CONTRACTOR, and include verification of certification in their bid package. Bid Packages without verification will be considered incomplete. Incomplete bids will not be accepted. Project subject to Section 3 requirements. New Opportunities reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
