Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA), in accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 CFR Part 26, hereby announces a proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 17% for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2018.
The proposed goal and its rationale are available for inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, at NFTA MTC located at 181 Ellicott Street., Buffalo, NY 14203, for 30 days following the date of this notice.
Written comments will also be accepted for 30 days from the date of this notice. The comments are for informational purposes only and may be sent to Linda Seay, Director of EEO/Diversity Development at the above-mentioned address, or to the Regional Civil Rights Officer, Federal Transit Administration, Region 2, One Bowling Green, Room 428, New York, NY 10004-1453.
