Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority
Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
Pursuant to federal regulation 49 C.F.R. Part 26.45(g), the Niagara Frontier Transportation
Authority (NFTA) is seeking comments on its triennial DBE goal plan for the FTA and Niagara
Falls International Airport. In establishing these DBE goal, federal regulation requires the NFTA
to consult with local minority, women’s and general contractor groups, community organizations,
and other officials or organizations in order to establish a level playing field for DBE
participation.
NFTA is providing stakeholders an opportunity to share their views by participating in an open
stakeholder meeting to be held as follows:
