Join-A-Thon: A Day to Join Girl Scouts of Western New York and Win Amazing Prizes!

Girl Scouts of Western New York (GSWNY) is excited to announce the 2024 Girl Scout Join-A-Thon, a 12-hour event dedicated to welcoming new and returning members. From 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, families can register for Girl Scouts, unlocking an array of benefits, scholarships, and unforgettable experiences—plus a chance to win some fabulous prizes!

Why Sign Up for Girl Scouts of Western New York? Registering your child, grandchild, or a loved one for Girl Scouts opens the door to a world of opportunity. Beyond beloved activities like camping and cookie sales, we offer older Girl Scouts the chance to apply for scholarships, embark on exciting travel adventures, and explore the outdoors with support every step of the way. We believe every young person deserves the chance to participate, and financial assistance is available to ensure there are no barriers to participation.

“We’re excited to invite the youth and their families to join Girl Scouts during this special event,” said Cara Biddlecom, CEO of GSWNY. “Girl Scouts offers experiences that empower every young person to explore their interests, build life skills, and make lifelong friendships. Our Join-A-Thon is the perfect time to register and start the Girl Scout journey.”

Affordable and accessible for all the registration fee is just $25 per year, but we recognize that every family has different financial needs. That’s why GSWNY offers financial assistance to cover registration fees, program costs, uniforms, and more. Our goal is to make Girl Scouts accessible to every girl who wants to participate.
