There will be an optional pre-bid meeting Monday, April 27, 2015 at 2:00pm at Mt. Aaron Missionary Baptist Church – 540 Genesee Street, Buffalo, NY 14204. Sealed proposals for the project will be received until 12:00pm on Friday, May 1, 2015 at the office of HHL Architects – 172 Allen Street, Buffalo, NY 14201.
