INVITATION TO BID SUNY Buffalo South Campus Renovate Crosby Hall
Buffalo Construction Consultants, Inc. (BCC) is soliciting proposals from MBE/WBE and SDVOB subcontractors and suppliers. Please note the specific goals for this project are 16% MBE, 14% WBE, and 6% SDVOB.
A Project Labor Agreement (PLA) has been adopted for this project. This agreement openly promotes bidding from all contractors – union and non-union. Each bidder shall abide by the specified terms of the site-specific Project Labor Agreement. This Project Labor Agreement also impacts acceptable staing patterns for the project. The PLA should be read in its entirety by all potential bid- ders prior to submitting a Proposal.
