Project Description: The scope of the project includes the demolition of 24 existing, 2-to-3-story, vacant public housing buildings and related utility infrastructure; construction of new site utility infrastructure, curbs,
sidewalks, hardscape and landscape; and development of 405 new rental dwelling units across 27 buildings with associated common recreational, amenity and retail spaces (3 mixed-use, 5-story buildings and 24 two-to-three story townhouse and stacked-flat buildings.
This is our project. Project is Tax Exempt. Wage Rate Project. Approx 527,255sf. Anticipated start 1/2/2024. 3 yr project.
