“Property Management company looking for mid level FULL TIME maintenance person. Must have 2-3 years experience doing light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, lock replacement, and misc apartment repairs. The work is in Buffalo. We have properties all over the city. The pay is $15 per hour.
Vehicle provided, must have have clean drivers license and must drive stick (there is a driving test) if you want to use truck…. Otherwise we reimburse for mileage on your vehicle.”
