• 10 spots available; space very limited; encouraged to apply as soon as possible
• Income Limits
o 1 & 2 person households: less than $55,600
o 3 or more person households: less than $63,940
• Households must own and reside in home receiving repairs
• Owners must be current on all taxes, insurance, and mortgages where property is used as security
• Funds provided as a deferred payment loan, forgiven after 5 years
• Free Homeowner workshops available
• Funding provided by: Federal Home Loan Bank of New York’s Affordable Housing Program and M&T Bank
