Funds are available to assist low-mod income owner –occupied households with essential home repair such as structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing.
Homeowners apply for H.U.D. and A.H.C. funding administered by
the Town of Amherst.
Contractors who are fully insured are encouraged to contact Town of Amherst Community Development Program to be included on a contractor’s list provided to qualified homeowner’s.
MINORITY OWNED AND WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESS ARE ESPECIALLY ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.
