The Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority, on behalf of Lower West Side Homes LP, will accept sealed bids for the Fire Restoration at Lower West Side Homes, BMHA Job No. 23-21-CF. Formal bid solicitation is available at the Capital Improvements Office, 320 Perry Street, Buffalo, NY 14204, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at the Capital Improvements Office, 320 Perry Street, Buffalo, New York 14204. Bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. All bid forms must be filled out and returned. The bids will be opened and publicly read aloud post 10:00 a.m. A pre-bid meeting will take place on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at 282 Busti Unit 2, Buffalo, New York 14201. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The BMHA reserves the right to reject any bid that does not meet the essential requirements.
