Refrescante ensalada de sandía con hinojo

Ingredientes:

3 bultos de hinojo

4 tazas de cubos de sandía

1 taza de hojas de lechuga mizuna o mostaza japonesa

4 cucharadas de vinagre balsámico

4 cuchardas de aceite de oliva

1 manzana verde

1 limón verde (sin ralladura)

Modo de preparación:

Ralla el hinojo con la ayuda de una mandolina y colócalo en agua con hielo durante 15 minutos. Escurre.

Mezcla la arena con el hinojo y la lechuga, agrega el vinagre y el aceite; salpimienta.

Corta la manzana verde en rebanadas delgadas y acomódalas en la base de los platos. Sirve la ensalada sobre las rebanadas y termina el plato de esparcir un poco de ralladura de limón.

 

Refreshing watermelon salad with fennel

Ingredients:

 

3 packages of fennel

4 cups of watermelon cubes

1 cup of mizuna lettuce leaves or Japanese mustard

4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 green apple

1 green lemon (without zest)

 

Preparation method:

Grate the fennel with the help of a mandolin and place it in ice water for 15 minutes. Drain

Mix the sand with the fennel and lettuce, add the vinegar and the oil; salt pepper.

Cut the green apple into thin slices and arrange them at the base of the plates. Serve the salad on the slices and finish the dish by sprinkling some lemon zest.
