Plating Lab Technician

RESPONSIBILITY: Assists in setup, testing and maintaining of all parameters of the plating operation.

JOB DUTIES:

• Is able to run daily analysis on varied plating processes to ensure proper concentrations and

• Is able to perform various plating baths analysis (i.e. surface tension, brightener, pore count, concentration, stress & tensile testing, pH adjust, ).
• Required to trouble shoot various plating process issues using laboratory techniques, (i.e. run and interpret a hull cell, titration analysis, AA analysis, ).
• Demonstrate ability to complete batch treatment procedures for appropriate plating
• Is able to properly operate and calibrate equipment such as electric metering pumps, pH meter indicator, X-ray,
