Child & Family Services has announced that it has launched a new website, which can be found at www.cfsbny.org. The website is the result of months of work and collaboration with Buffalo-based branding agency Block Club.

Child & Family Services said the goal in creating the new website was to increase ease of use for visitors while using warm design elements to encourage all users to learn about its programs. These programs include counseling, foster care and adoption, domestic violence prevention and shelter Haven House, residential treatment, the Center for Resolution and Justice, the Employee Assistance Program and the Stanley G. Falk School.

“We are incredibly proud of our new website and all that it represents,” said Dr. Francisco Vasquez, president and CEO of Child & Family Services. “With the site’s intuitive design, we are confident that anyone will be able to connect with the resources and services that they seek. If you or someone you love needs help, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Other features of the website include a list of upcoming events, agency news, referral forms, donation links, employment opportunities and a wish list of goods for individuals in need throughout Western New York.

In announcing the new website, Child & Family Services thanked all supporters who made its development possible, including The John R. Oishei Foundation, The Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, The Peter and Elizabeth C. Tower Foundation, and the Erie County Department of Mental Health.
