The Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade Association of WNY has always sponsored events that are intended to be a celebration inclusive of all Hispanics, and to encourage pride in our Hispanic Heritage. As the Hispanic community (Mexicans, Dominicans, Cubans, Colombians, and others from the Caribbean, Central American and South American Hispanic countries) continues to grow in the Western New York area, It is with great pride that we celebrate 5 years since our name changed, to be more inclusive. Additionally, 2017 will be our 15th Year Anniversary.

This year’s theme is UNIDOS SIEMPRE! This theme is very tting to us. With all that is going on in today’s world, we as a community continue to stand strong together, regardless of our race, color, heritage, etc., we celebrate everyone. We have grown tremendously through the years and we continue to encourage our community to always feel pride in raising their ags, sharing in their cultural costumes, music and food when participating in this wonderful celebration of Hispanic Heritage.

Last year there were over 2,000 participants representing over 70 organizations

We invite everyone to mark their calendars and come celebrate the
15th Annual Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade of WNY, Saturday, August 19th, 2017 starting at 1:00pm in front of Buffalo City Hall and marching north on Niagara Street (Avenida San Juan).
